Started re-listening "The Luck Factor" by Brian Tracy - just what I needed to slap myself out of self-pity!

Dips: 4-4-4
Meal prep:
Chicken patties, chicken "taco" meat, buckwheat, young potatoes, homemade buttermilk biscuits, washed and cut (fruits, veggies, greens, berries) + some leftover homemade pasta.
