Gym Day

    Legs:  Barbell squats - 4 sets - 13 reps - 20 kg
               Leg extension - 4 sets - 12 reps - 20 kg
               Romanian deadlift  - 4 sets - 12 reps - 20 kg
               Inner Thigh Machine - 4 sets - 15 reps - 15 kg
               Glute Machine - 3  sets - 9 reps per leg - 15 kg

   Pull-Ups:  3
